St. Vincent's has a pediatrician and an orthopedist on staff full-time and specialists in neurology, psychiatry, dentistry, and scoliosis who volunteer at least once a week. The Center also relies on volunteers from the U.S. and Canada to conduct clinics and surgery in their area of expertise. With this outside support these services can continue to expand and meet the needs of more people. Due to the political situation, it is now not possible for volunteers to go to Haiti.

There are two clinics that are permanently open at the Center. The Medical Clinic serves undernourished children and treats about 1600 patients per month. This clinic takes care of vaccinations and gives vitamins, proteins and milk, if necessary. The staff also counsels parents on the importance of diet and hygiene. The Therapy Clinic provides treatment in correcting deformities resulting from diseases such as scoliosis, polio, cerebral palsy and rickets. The Center also holds periodic Eye Care Clinics, which are conducted by Eye Care, Inc. of Washington. Volunteers from the Friends of St. Vincent's conducted two eye clinics in the past.
