Packing the 40-foot Land-Sea Container with Supplies
May 21, 2005

Thirty two volunteers worked from 8:30 to 3:30 on May 21 to pack food and a variety of supplies on the land-sea container to send to St. Vincent's Center for Handicapped Children. Special thanks to Mick Paternoster of the Newington UPS Store, Pete Mirabelli of P.J. Mirabelli Enterprises Inc. in Newington for their time and wonderful packing skills, and to Stor U Self in Newington for permitting us to use their facilities.

Sending greetings to our Haitian friends

The land-sea container will be taken to New York and shipped to St. Vincent's Center in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

Thanks to all who donated goods and food, to the packers who worked very hard all year and to all who helped on May 21.
